Our refund policy is good within 30 days of placing your order. Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged, not as described on our site, or for incorrect items. Due to problems with serial refunders, we do not issue refunds for products that arrive as advertised and undamaged. If your strap doesn't fit, we will happily send you an adjustment tool. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please email pictures of your order to email@example.com and we will process your full refund immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunds to be returned to your account.
CANCEL ORDERIf for any reason you would like to cancel your order and be issued a refund, make sure you cancel almost right away before your order begins to process in our system because after it starts to process there is nothing we can do and the band will be shipped regardless.
